ConEcon was founded by Randip in 2003, and as President and Founder, he advises senior leadership and acts as a resource for the team.

Semi-retired, Randip now reports directly to ConEcon’s Chief Barking Officer, a yellow Labrador by the name of Archie.

Just as tenured at ConEcon as Randip, Masako leads the loan monitoring services and maintains rigorous process and standards management.

With 10 years of hands-on experience as a carpenter and over 20 years of dedicated technical experience in project coordination, estimating and project management, Ken is skilled in estimating, tendering, contract administration, coordinating trade contractors, and liaising with consultants and municipal authorities.

With over 5 years of experience running offices for small businesses, Ishmeet is dedicated to ensuring that our clients’ needs are met with precision and care. As the driving force behind ConEcon’s day-to-day operations, she brings a wealth of expertise and strong foundational knowledge. She also speaks three languages!

Pasindu accumulated his experience and education globally beginning by completing his Higher National Diploma in Quantity Surveying & Building Economics from Sri Lanka’s ICBT Campus.

Jon graduate from BCIT’s Architectural & Building Technology program, currently completing BCIT’s Bachelor Degree in Construction Management, and has recently achieved his Professional Quantity Surveyor designation with the Canadian Institute of Quantity Surveyors.

A graduate of New Zealand’s Massey University in Quantity Surveying and UBC’s Master of Engineering, Anita brings a powerhouse technical background to ConEcon.

Anita lends her expertise to both the Loan Monitoring and Cost Consulting divisions of ConEcon and often is found with a big smile while doing so.

Francisco’s introduction to the construction industry was lead by his families hands on involvement. Franc’s interest in construction has since expanded into administration and cost engineering.

Franc loves to travel, explore the outdoors, and spend time with his family and friends around a nice bonfire.

Tim is a graduate from the Architectural and Building Technology program at BCIT. His interest in residential construction grew during his studies and fuelled his pursuit of being in the construction industry.  

Tim loves spending time outdoors which makes travelling for site visits a win-win. He pursues an active lifestyle through working out, hiking and playing volleyball.

Justin Pannu graduated from the Architectural and Building Technology program from British Columbia Institute of Technology (BCIT) with practical experience and specializing in cost planning, cost allocation, and loan monitoring.

Justin enjoys playing and coaching soccer, spending time with his friends and family, and travelling.

Jibin Biju's journey in the construction industry began with a bachelor’s in civil engineering from Kerala Technological University in India. Expanded his knowledge by pursuing a Post Graduate Certificate in Construction Project Management, BIM, and Integrated Practice in Canada. With nearly three years of experience in project management and cost consulting, Jibin brings a well-rounded perspective to the field.

Christian comes to ConEcon as a graduate from the Architectural and Building Technology program at BCIT with prior hands on experience in mixed use commercial/residential construction.

Christian is also an experienced athlete, and all around “cool guy,” coaching boxing during his time off.
